Lindsay Lohan: The Family Feud Continues

Monday, April 26th, 2010

Last Friday, Michael Lohan, Lindsay and Ali Lohan’s controversial father, entered his daughter’s apartment accompanied by police officers. Lindsey responded immediately on twitter saying

@LindsayLohan I have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister’s safety, as well as my own,”

@LindsayLohan My ex-dad’ just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil’s advocate with officers.” “When will it ever end,”

@LindsayLohan It’s been going on my whole life with him — hasn’t he caused enough pain?”

Her father went directly to TMZ after his intrusion, and appeared on a live webcast explaining why he did it

Apparently, a friend has told him that he/she spotted Ali partying with Lindsay and driving over 100 MPH on the highway. He talked to L.A detectives and convinced them to help him gain access to her apartment. On the surface, it looks like no more than a concerned father trying to look out for his youngest daughter.

Lindsay quickly responded on Twitter to these claims saying,

@LindsayLohan As for the ridiculous TMZ bs ‘concerned’ father interview, I must correct Michael Lohan when I say that Aliana IS watched … by a guardian AT ALL TIMES”

I am with you Lindsay, this madness needs to stop. People are always so quick to judge the actors and actresses of Hollywood for their out of control behavior. The fact is that the parents of children like Lindsay Lohan, Mary Kate and Ashley Olson, and Macaulay Culkin have exploited their talented kids for money and fame going all the way back to Sherly Temple.

Now that these kids are all grown up they have substance problems that are directly related to the psychological abuse and financial exploitation of their parents. Keep fighting the Bullshit Lindsay, were with you 100%.

Former Teacher Admits to Having Sex With Teens

Monday, April 12th, 2010

As if the Catholic Priests are not enough to worry about these days… Stephanie Ragusa, ex middle school math teacher, has now confessed to having sex with two teenage boys on multiple occasions. At first she tried to deny the claims, but eventually pleaded guilty as the evidence mounted against her.

It is a bit sad for her really… I mean she isn’t terrible looking right?

Why not just check out your seedy local dive bar for some quick thrills, or even your local “singles chatroom” could do the trick. Why drag these poor innocent kids into the mix just to get your jollies?

Not usually what I blog about but just thought I should weigh in with my 2 cents… and come on, its kinda funny right?

For a full story about this teen loving teacher, check out the article below.

Catholic Priest Scandal: All Roads Lead to Rome

Tuesday, April 6th, 2010

After reading this CNN.com article, Vatican covered up abuse in Minnesota, lawyers say, I thought that it was about time that I shared my opinion on this topic. Before I go on, I would just like to say that I have a profound respect for Catholicism, Christianity, and the Priesthood. That being said, enough is enough!

Take a look at this excerpt from the CNN.com article:

STORY HIGHLIGHTS

Thus far, no disciplinary action has been taken against  Father Joseph Pavanivel Jeyapau. In fact, the Church was presented with multiple accounts of inappropriate behavior on his behalf as early as 2005. Before Cardinal William Levada presided as the head of the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith (a.k.a. the people who deal with allegations of sexual abuse by priests), the position was held by none other than Pope Benedict XVI.

I send a desperate plea to those in Rome who are tired of this insanity. Please start doing something to discourage this culture of sexual abuse of children and young adults. In the name of God, I pray for you to do something, anything, that will change the way The Catholic Church deals with these issues. If children are the future, then you are literally allowing your priests to continue f***ing up our future…

Last week I received significant attention from bloggers when I posted on the ongoing scandal within the Church of Scientology. The issues are strikingly similar in nature. Somehow, these religious institutions, which people look to for hope and faith in a cruel world, have allowed a culture of physical and mental abuse to be built directly into their system. The only way for this to come to an end is for the global community to say we have had enough, and demand that real changes are made to stop this from happening!

Who am I to say anything? I am not Catholic and I am not a Scientologist…

I represent the voices of those who have been spit on by their spiritual leaders! This post comes from the spirit within me that says, “do not stand by and let this happen”. We must do something to help our brothers and sisters who have been betrayed, abused, and threatened. Please help us make a real difference;  share this post with anyone that you think might join our cry for justice and responsibility.

A view from On High

Stop the abuse, PLEASE

Scientology Leader David Miscavige vs. CNN’s Anderson Cooper?

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010

Has Scientology Leader David Miscavige Been Trying To Silence CNN’s Anderson Cooper? – Technorati Entertainment.

Dawn Olsen chose to blog about this issue and I found it very interesting. Last night the report rolled on CNN. I have to tell you, it concerns me that one of the most powerful groups in the world is suffering from such a terrible crisis in leadership.  Below are some excepts from this article and some of the comments that have been posed by myself and other interested bloggers.

“The week-long series, Scientology: A History of Violence, will examine allegations that Scientology leader David Miscavige has for years beaten, kicked and choked top members of the church. These are allegations the church aggressively denies, saying violence from inside came from those making the claim.

Anderson Cooper will speak with former, high ranking members from the Church’s inner circle, who says the David Miscavige not only carried out, but encouraged the culture of violence at the highest levels of the church management. Cooper will also speak with members who claim extreme hardships, and some say intimidation, the church imposes on anyone who decides to leave and speak out.” – Dawn Olson

“However, after I published my article, I discovered there were very few mentions of the series within the news outlets, including CNN themselves, and that had me concerned. I did some digging, and communicated with some of my sources  (many thanks to all who keep me in the loop) and discovered Anderson Cooper was being targeted by a systematic campaign of harassment to prevent the show from airing. Former high-ranking member and outspoken critic Marty Rathbun has also detailed the efforts of David Miscavige and the Church to keep this series from airing.” - Dawn Olson

I saw some of the report last night on CNN and I was shocked with how much evidence there is against Scientologist leaders. Public beatings, Suicides, and corruption on a mass scale. I beg these people to remember why they have followers; BECAUSE THEY LOOK TO YOU FOR HOPE AND FAITH IN THE WORLD.

End the culture of intimidation and redeem yourself in the eyes of your fellow Scientologists. These people belive in your church and that is their right as free Americans. It is time for them to respect that freedom by changing how they manage this organization.” – Ben Gordon

“Hi Dawn,  So let me get this right, I should sit back, watch you and Cooper spread total 100% lies around the Internet and through TV and do nothing about it, and that’s good sportsmanship? …” – Linda Wieland
The debate continues, please join us in discussing this issue so that we can get to the bottom of this!
